D1: Randomization process

The allocation sequence was generated using an appropriate random method, and no baseline imbalances between intervention groups were observed beyond what would be expected by chance.

It’s like having a Cochrane-trained reviewer available 24/7. We processed 120 studies in a single weekend — something that used to take our team an entire month.

How It Works

Three Simple Steps to Quality Assessment

Upload your research papers and get AI-powered risk-of-bias assessments in minutes, not hours.

STEP 1

Upload Your PDFs

Drag and drop your research papers. We support batch uploads and organize them into folders automatically.

STEP 2

AI Analyzes & Categorizes

Our AI detects the study type and selects the right assessment tool -- RoB 2.0, MINORS, JBI, NOS, QUADAS-2, and more.

STEP 3

Review & Export Results

Get structured domain-by-domain judgments with justifications. Export to PDF, share with your team, or refine with AI chat.

★★★★★

“Cut our assessment time by more than half. The domain-by-domain analysis is incredibly thorough.”

★★★★★

“The auto-categorization correctly identified study types 95% of the time. Absolute game-changer for large reviews.”

Prof. Michael Kim

Clinical Research Lead, Stanford

★★★★★

“RoB 2.0, NOS, QUADAS-2, JBI all in one platform. No more switching between spreadsheets and checklists.”

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

We support RoB 2.0, ROBINS-I 2.0, MINORS, JBI (Case Series, Case Report, Qualitative), QUADAS-2, QUIPS, PROBAST, AMSTAR 2, and all three NOS variants (Cohort, Case-Control, Cross-Sectional). New tools can be added dynamically via the Assessment Studio.
When you upload a PDF, the AI extracts the text and matches it against configurable keyword rules (e.g., "randomized" maps to RoB 2.0, "case series" maps to JBI). Rules are priority-ordered so the most specific match wins. You can also manually override the category at any time.
Absolutely. All uploads are stored securely on our servers with UUID-based file naming. PDFs are never shared with third parties. Session-based authentication with automatic timeouts protects your account, and you can delete your files at any time.
Yes. You can share folders with colleagues via email invitations with owner, editor, or viewer permission levels. Shared users can view assessments, run new ones, or just read the results depending on their role.
Our AI models are optimized for medical research assessment and produce domain-by-domain judgments with cited justifications. While AI assessments should always be reviewed by a human expert, they provide an excellent starting point that significantly reduces manual effort and increases consistency.
Currently we accept PDF files up to 16 MB. The AI extracts text from each page for analysis. We recommend using text-based PDFs (not scanned images) for the best results.
Yes! We offer a free tier that lets you try the platform with a limited number of assessments per month. Paid plans unlock more assessments, batch processing, and priority support.
